DIVISION STANDARDS

This division is for those who are prepared for a variety of higher level skills, and weights.  They tend to complete workouts in their gym as prescribed.

Some of the barbell weights:

(all for reps):

Snatch (135/95)

Clean and Jerk (185/135)

Deadlift (225/185)

Gymnastics movements on the table:   BMU, Chest to Bar Pull-ups, Toes to Bar, handstand pushups, wall walks.

This division is for Masters 40+ who were able to complete all of the open workouts as prescribed.

Snatch (115/75)

Clean and Jerk (155/105)

Deadlift (205/175)

Gymnastics movements on the table:

Chest to bar Pull-ups, Wall walks, toes to bar, handstand push-ups.

This division is for athletes who still need to acquire some of the higher weights and higher level skills that the sport demands.

Clean and Jerk (115/85),

Deadlift (185/135)

Most basic gymnastics movements are on the table:

inverted rows, ring rows, wall walk variations, and knees to chest.
